Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Window :

After order confirmation, you have a 1-hour window to cancel your order through your account dashboard. Beyond this window, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Refund Process: :

  • For cancellations within the 1-hour window, your payment (minus a 3% (Payment Gateway) + 2% (Shopify)) will be refunded within 1–3 working days. In some cases, it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • The 3% (Payment Gatewayd) +2% deduction covers charges from the payment gateway and platform (e.g., Phonepe, Shopify, Razorpay) which are not refunded to us.

3. Post-Shipment Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

4. Discount Vouchers :

Discount vouchers are for one-time use only and will not be reissued if you cancel an order.
