Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • DTDC & ST Courier: Products ordered before 4 PM will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • India Post: Products ordered before 12 PM will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
  • Holidays & Weekends: Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Courier Charges:
  1. Tamil Nadu: Rs. 70 per order (DTDC, ST, French Express and India Post).
  2. Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana: Rs. 90 per order (DTDC and
    India Post).
  3. Rest of India: Rs. 250 per order (DTDC), Rs. 90 per order (India Post).
  • Domestic Shipping:
  1. DTDC & ST Courier Shipment:
  • Tamil Nadu: Delivery usually within Max 4-5 working days.
  • Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana: Delivery usually within Max 7-8 working days.
  • Courier support available through the DTDC & ST Courier support team.

      India Post Shipment:

  • India Post Shipment: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana: Delivery usually within Max 10-12 working days.
  • Rest of India: Approximately 15 working days.

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹1500.

Customers can choose either:

  • ST Courier – Free Shipping
  • India Post – Free Shipping

If customers specifically request DTDC Courier, additional shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Other States Across India

  • India Post – Free Shipping
  • DTDC Courier – Additional shipping charges applicable

Important Shipping Terms

Incorrect Address / Phone Number / Delivery Failure

If an order is returned due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Calls from delivery partner not attended
  • Customer unavailable during delivery
  • Customer refused to accept the parcel
  • Parcel not collected from delivery office by customer

Then the customer must pay:

  1. Return shipping charges (parcel returning back to us)
  2. Re-shipping charges (sending the parcel again)

Please note:

  • Free shipping covers only one-time forward shipping from our location to the customer address.
  • If the parcel is returned, both return and re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

If the customer cancels the order after the parcel has been shipped:

  • Original shipping charges will be deducted even if the order qualified for free shipping.
  • Since courier charges are already paid at the time of dispatch, those charges are non-refundable.

If the customer:

  • Refuses to accept the parcel, or
  • Does not want the order after shipment, or
  • The parcel returns back due to customer-related reasons,

Then:

  • Two-way shipping charges (forward + return shipping) will be deducted from the order amount.
  • Remaining balance amount alone will be refunded.

Refund Conditions

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after deducting:

  • Forward shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Any additional re-shipping charges (if applicable) and non refundable amount 5%(refer cancellation policy)

We request customers to kindly provide accurate address and phone number details and attend courier calls to avoid delivery issues.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers, including DTDC, ST Courier and India Post to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number via Registered Email.

5. Shipping Delays

  • Unexpected Delays:  Occasionally, there may be delays due to high order volume or postal service problems. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • OTP Handling: After handling the OTP for courier delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for any issues post-OTP.
  • Missing Products: If products are missing from your delivery, please contact our customer service team at 9345314341 with an unpacking video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. To cancel an order before it is shipped, please call us at 9345314341.
  • Address Changes: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped. For changes before shipping, please call us at 9345314341.

9. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Return Of Orders

  • In case the order is returned to our facility due to non-delivery issues at the customer's end (Eg. Incorrect/Improper address, Customer mobile number not reachable etc) and In case the order is refused to collect from the customer's end, the amount (after deducting the two way shipping charges and the Non-Refundalbe charges (5%)) will be refunded within 3-5 working days in the original payment method after receiving the parcel.
